Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
Welcome to Charterly. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Charterly concerning your access to and use of our exam preparation platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using Charterly, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Services & Scope
Charterly provides digital educational resources, specifically tailored for candidates studying for the CFA® examinations. Our offerings—which include practice questions, mock exams, and revision materials—are strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. We provide tools to aid your study process, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or passing scores on actual examinations.
3. Account Registration, Authentication & Google SSO
To access our mock exams and study portal, you must register for an account. You may create an account directly using your email address or through third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication providers, such as Google Sign-In.
When authenticating via Google SSO, you authorize Charterly to verify your identity and access your basic profile information (such as your name and email address) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Purchases & Strict No-Refund Terms
Free Evaluation Access. We provide complimentary access to a selection of our practice questions and Flash Cards so candidates can evaluate our platform prior to purchasing.
Strictly Non-Refundable Sales. Because Charterly is priced significantly below industry standards to provide ultra-affordable access to candidates, and because full access to our proprietary digital content, mock exams, and QBank databases is granted immediately upon payment, all purchases are 100% final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing a transaction on Charterly, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive all rights to refund requests, chargebacks, or order cancellations.
Access Validity. Your premium access remains active for the duration of your selected CFA exam window (including a buffer of 20 days after the exam date). Access automatically expires upon completion of the designated exam window.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Charterly platform, encompassing its source code, databases, functionality, website designs, text, and graphics, are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the platform for personal study; any reproduction, redistribution, or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Trademarks Notice

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The materials on Charterly are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
